Electrical installations for a 2,140 sqm mixed-use community development.
The project
GR White & Son Ltd completed the electrical installations on the mixed-use community development at Beechvalley, Dungannon, for QMAC Construction Ltd.
The building provides office space and meeting rooms for three anchor tenants (STEP, the South Tyrone Empowerment Programme; Inspire Mental Health; and Willowbank) along with flexible, multi-purpose community spaces including meeting rooms, training facilities and exhibition space, totalling 2,140 sqm.
The programme of works was completed to a high standard and handed over as planned in August 2016.
